1. Who we are

2. Services

We provide independent consulting on personal and company finances: a financial check-up and plan (Day One), goal planning (The Date), monthly support (Personal CFO), a company diagnostic (CFO Day), a part-time CFO (Weekly CFO, Monthly CFO), and a financial model and materials for a bank or investor (Deal Day).

The scope, timing, result and price of each service are agreed before work starts and recorded in an agreement or order confirmation.

3. The nature of our advice

• One Day CFO is an independent consulting company. We are not a bank, an insurer, a broker, an investment adviser within the meaning of securities market legislation, or a microfinance organisation.
• We sell no financial products, do not raise funds, do not manage your money or assets, and take no commissions from banks, brokers or other financial institutions.
• Our recommendations are based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee any financial result, return, loan approval or investment.
• You make all decisions yourself and at your own responsibility.
• Our consultations are not legal or tax advice unless the agreement expressly says so.

4. Booking

You send a request on the site, on WhatsApp or on Telegram. We contact you, clarify the task and tell you the price and the data we need. A booking is confirmed once the date, scope and price are agreed [and payment is made — to be confirmed].

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in tenge on the product pages. Where no price is shown, we tell you the price before work starts. You pay for the professional’s days of work; there are no hidden fees or commissions.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

• You can reschedule or cancel a consultation at no charge up to [N] hours before it starts.

• Cancellation terms for Personal CFO, Weekly CFO and Monthly CFO subscriptions are set in the agreement.

7. What we need from you

Complete and accurate data needed for the service, and timely notice of changes. The quality of our recommendations depends on the quality of the data.

8. Confidentiality

We use your data and documents only to provide the service and do not disclose them to third parties, except as required by law and described in the Privacy policy.

9. Work results

You may use the plans, reports and models prepared for you for your own purposes, including sharing them with a bank or investor. One Day CFO’s methods and templates remain ours.

10. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service in good faith and professionally. Our liability is limited to the price of the service paid, unless the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including consumer protection law, provides otherwise.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on our recommendations, for the actions of banks, investors or other third parties, or for the consequences of inaccurate data provided to us.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in court as provided by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
