How is a CFO different from an accountant?
An accountant keeps the books and files reports: that is the past. A CFO looks ahead: cash flow, margins, budgets, decisions on loans and investment. We work with your accountant, not instead of them.
Do we need a CFO if our company is small?
A CFO isn’t only for corporations. A mistake with money costs a small company more. You take as many days as you need, not a full-time salary.
What data will you need?
Exports from your accounting system (for example 1C), bank statements and recent financial reports. We send the exact list after your request.
Do you help get a loan?
We prepare the financial model, forecasts and presentation for a bank or investor: that is Deal Day. We take no commissions from banks, so we advise what works for you.
How do you handle company data?
We use it only for your task and store it on servers in Kazakhstan.
How do you make money?
Only from clients paying for the professional’s days of work. Banks, brokers and insurers pay us nothing, so we have no reason to sell you their products.
How much does it cost?
The price is on each product page. You pay only for the days of CFO work, with no hidden fees.
